What if I am in between sizes and could go either way?

You need to decide how you like your clothing to fit. If you like something a little more form fitting, go with the size down. If you prefer something to fit looser, go with the size up. 

If the tag recommends hand washing, what should I do?

Wash it by hand. We wash all of our clothes on a delicate cycle in cold water, and then hang them to dry. We don’t recommend ever putting our clothes (or any, for that matter) in the dryer. Remember, once an item is washed, it is final sale as there is no way for us to verify if washing instructions were followed properly.

I would like to exchange an item for a different size. How do I go about doing that?

Because of the rate at which we cycle through inventory, we do not offer exchanges. You can return the item for store credit and choose a different item.

My order came late and the 14-day return window is up, what should I do?

If there is ever an issue on our end with shipments arriving late, we will always make things right. Contact us for further assistance at orders@sixsyllable.com

I noticed that my shipping address is incorrect after placing my order, what now?

If you have not yet received an email stating that your order has shipped, please email orders@sixsyllable immediately using the subject: “ATTENTION: ADDRESS CHANGE.” Please include your order number and the correct shipping address in the email. 

If you have already received an email stating that your order has shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the courier that was used to ship your package in order to give them the correct address. To identify to courier, click on the tracking number in the email. Generally, we ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally, shipping takes anywhere from 3-5 business days. You should receive your order within 7 days of placing it online. Expedited shipping is available at a higher cost and can be selected at checkout.

I received a defective item, what should I do?
