All returns must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. The clothes must be unwashed and unworn with the tags still attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for the item(s) being returned.
We offer store credit only, no refunds will be issued. Once the return is received, you will be credited the original purchase price minus original shipping costs within 5-7 business days.
If you receive an item that is defective, let us know immediately. You have five days from the purchase date to contact us about defective merchandise in order to return it. After those five days, Six Syllable will no longer be responsible for any defects. Defective merchandise returns must be unwashed and unworn with the tag still attached.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Six Syllable is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact USPS for any tracking inquiries.
*If any merchandise is returned and is worn or washed, it will be sent back to you at your cost, and a credit will not be issued.
